President & Co-Founder, Anthony Piccione
Anthony is the President and Co-Founder of Building Evaluations, Inc. Leveraging over 40 years of construction management experience, he leads multiple teams of estimators in providing comprehensive cost estimating services across institutional, commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Under his leadership, the firm has delivered over 5,000 estimates utilizing the latest technologies to produce accurate, reliable cost estimates in a wide range of formats. He graduated with honors from Seton Hall University and has been a Certified Member of the American Association of Cost Engineers in good standing since 1989.
VP of Client Services, Bianca Morson
Bianca is the Vice President of Client Services, responsible for managing all client engagements and overseeing project execution. With over 10 years of project management experience, she leads estimating teams by assembling the right mix of expertise for each project, ensuring accurate, efficient, and reliable results. Under her leadership, the firm’s estimating teams have delivered nearly $1 billion in total construction cost estimates annually across a wide range of projects.
She holds both undergraduate and master’s degrees in engineering from Cornell University and Johns Hopkins University, and is a third-generation leader in the business, continuing a legacy of technical excellence and trusted client service.
WHAT DISTINGUISHES BUILDING EVALUATIONS
From their competition is that they are actively engaged in the estimating business. Building Evaluations' main stream business is developing construction cost estimates. Architects, owners, developers, engineers, and contractors send their drawings to Building Evaluations to have accurate cost estimates developed at all phases of the design and construction process. Building Evaluations therefore has an inherent need for accurate cost information. This led to the development of Building Evaluations Construction Unit Cost Data Book and MyEstimator.com.
OUR LEGACY
Since 1987, Building Evaluations, Inc. has developed over 5,000 estimates and construction schedules for more than 750 local, national, and international clients. Our team of highly experienced construction management and design professionals have expertise that spans the full range of disciplines, including architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering. Utilizing our vast experience in the industry, Building Evaluations, Inc. can develop realistic cost estimates at any stage during the design and construction process. We pride ourselves on working within your design team’s schedule to meet established deadlines. Every estimate we produce is custom tailored to your needs and the individual requirements of your project.
Our roots go back more than 40 years to when founder Paul Piccione headed up a team of estimators for Wood & Tower, which was later acquired by the Dodge Cost Systems division of The McGraw-Hill Companies. Spun-off by McGraw-Hill in 1987, Dodge Cost Systems was acquired by Paul Piccione, who then went on to establish Building Evaluations, Inc. In that same year, Anthony Piccione joined the business and currently heads up the estimating team.
Our clients include architects, construction managers, owners, engineers, contractors, and appraisers across the country - all of whom we serve by utilizing state-of-the-art technologies to deliver accurate and up-to-date cost estimates at a cost effective price.
CERTIFICATIONS AND PREQUALIFICATIONS
Building Evaluations is well-versed in federal, state, and local agency estimating procedures and requirements. We are a Certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) in New Jersey and are prequalified to perform construction management services with the following organizations:
- DPMC – New Jersey Department of Property Maintenance and Construction
- SCA – New Jersey and New York School Construction Authorities
- EDA – Economic Development Authority
