Since 1987, Building Evaluations, Inc. has developed over 5,000 estimates and construction schedules for more than 750 local, national and international clients. Our team of highly experienced construction management and design professionals have expertise that spans the full range of disciplines, including architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering. Utilizing our vast experience in the industry, Building Evaluations, Inc. can develop realistic cost estimates at any stage during the design and construction process. Our roots go back more than 40 years to when founder Paul Piccione headed up a team of estimators for Wood & Tower, which was later acquired by the Dodge Cost Systems division of The McGraw-Hill Companies. Spun-off by McGraw-Hill in 1987, Dodge Cost Systems was acquired by Paul Piccione, who then went on to establish Building Evaluations, Inc. In that same year, Anthony Piccione joined the business and currently heads up the estimating team.

Our clients include architects, construction managers, owners, engineers, contractors and appraisers across the country. As one of the nation's leading estimating services, Building Evaluations, Inc. utilizes state-of-the-art technologies to deliver accurate and up-to-date cost estimates at a cost effective price.
