COST CONTROL
Conceptual Budget Analysis - The conceptual Budget Analysis can project the cost of a proposed building design before the first line is drawn or specification written....in only 24 HOURS.

The Conceptual Budget Analysis provides architects, contractors and owners with the current construction cost of a proposed building project based upon conceptual design data. A Conceptual Budget Analysis starts with the submission of project information. This information is then entered into our database which calculates the quantities of all construction tasks. The type, size, design and quality of the intended structure is taken into account when deriving the construction costs. Labor and material costs are adjusted according to the projects zip code location. This step-by-step process results in a report to you which provides a cost breakdown by building system. This service is also available for Conceptual Site Analysis. To make this service as quick as possible, you can now submit a conceptual budget analysis by filling out a form on this web site.To obtain a conceptual analysis on a building and / or site plan, contact Building Evaluations.

Preliminary Design Estimate - The Preliminary Design Estimate is an accurate measurement of costs during the design development stage - before bidding document decisions are made and design costs incurred.

Measurements are taken of all construction tasks shown on drawings and described in project specifications. The dimensions are entered into our database and quantities of all construction tasks are calculated. Our report to you provides a detailed analysis and summary of material and labor costs for each stage of construction. Typically, a Building Evaluations Preliminary Design Estimate is completed within 5 working days from receipt of plans and specifications. This service is also available for Preliminary Design Site Analysis. For information, contact Building Evaluations.

Final Cost Estimate - When you send us your Construction Documents, you will receive a comprehensive Multi Page Report. Our Final Estimate is offered in C.S.I., Trade and Systems Formats. Mark-ups can be shown separately. Sectionalization by phase of work is also available. When preparing a Final Estimate, a detailed quantity take-off of all items shown on your drawings and specifications is performed. These items and dimensions are then entered into our database which contains costs for more than 25,000 individual building components, plus labor wage rates and productivity figures for the 22 building trades that install these materials. Typically, a Final Estimate can be completed within 10 working days upon receipt of drawings and specifications. For more information, contact Building Evaluations.
