spent the last thirty years in the construction industry. My work has dealt with all types of commercial, industrial, and residential building facilities. Prior to establishing Building Evaluations, I was the estimating services manager for Dodge Cost Systems/McGraw-Hill. I have been associated with this firm since 1969. I am totally familiar with national, state, and local zoning codes, ordinances, methods of construction and procedures for approval through governmental agencies. I have appeared as an expert witness for construction litigation cases throughout the U.S. I have represented clients at meetings with local, state and federal agencies in which I have supervised, negotiated fees, and evaluated the work of outside consultants.

spent the last 15 years in the construction industry estimating costs for all types of commercial, industrial, and residential building facilities, as well as process and heavy construction. I am totally familiar with all commonly practiced estimating procedures and standards, as well as with national, state, and local zoning codes and ordinances, methods of construction and procedure for approvals through governmental agencies. For the past ten years I have specialized in the techniques of Computerized Cost Estimating, while designing and programming Building Evaluations Estimating Software (BEES). Prior to this, my expertise layed in Computerized Financial Reporting for Citicorp and McGraw-Hill.
